In hindsight it's easy to see when he could have made lasting changes. But he made the mistake of thinking he was dealing with actual human beings.
Really interesting that he wants to talk about reimagining policing. Curious to see what he will propose.
They had an 18 year old perform a spoken word poem and then he introduced Obama.

The introductory speech from the kid was phenomenal. Obama is a magnificent speaker it is always nice to listen to him.
If you're complaining about Obama's atmosphere for this speech, that just goes to show you how low the bar has been set in the past 3 years.
