It is up to them to sell better. It is not like JD is some kind of unreachable milestone.

Come on, I got tired of these since the Wii days. Let me be.
This now has me picturing a Mortal Kombat themed Just Dance where you need to perform 1 to 1 fatalities on your opponent via motion controls.
But I'm rooting for it to make it to Just Dance 2021 on Wii, 'cause I think that's the point where it surpasses PES/Fifa for 'latest release after launch of console'!
Do we even have an idea how much it sells? For all we know, it could be doing millions in the US.
Edit: although it would probably be more prominent on the charts if so. But you get my point.
I think Team Sonic Racing is suffering because of Crash Team Racing. I know I would have bought Team Sonic if CTR wasn't coming, but because it is... I've chosen CTR over TSR as my cart game this year. I have a feeling most people are buying CTR over TSR according to how well the preorders are going.*

It's a step down for me, which is my point. My complaints are mostly with the story (which is pretty terrible) and the fact that a lot of the systems aren't tutorialized in a very good way. It does a lot of things right, and that's why I'm continuing to play it.
The Show has been outstanding. Grabbed it recently with the sale and should have been day one (but I usually don't get into a mood for baseball until late spring/early summer). It's not perfect, but rtts mode is so addicting. I think '14 was the last one I played and enjoyed it alot, but there are alot of good things with the '19 version. The OT here is dead, but glad to see the game doing relatively well overall.

people are saying game XXX sold well because it's #X on the chart, we don't know how much they sold, it's a slow summer month, a game could sell 300k copies and be #1, #2 could be 100k copies, we even have a PC exclusive at #3

here's the rest of the top ten. I'm really impressed MH made it. that means it's sold more than skyrim's Physical sales, which we know would be fairly significant
So do we have any ideas of NPD numbers this month for Days Gone? If I remember correctly, last month Days Gone was projected to be between 820k and over 1m based on how things lined up with other exclusive numbers.
I don't know what the sales for it were but it's a distant second place. I mean, it got outsold in its debut month by MK 11 in its second month JUST on PS4. Let alone throwing in PC, Switch and XB1.
Sure, but in this case we do know number 1 sold a crazy amount.
It was potentially over a million inc digtal in April alone.
Really surprised at Skyrim not being there.
Didn't we know it's first month was like between 100-200k?
Bethesda doesn't share digital data, every other publisher on that list does.

CTR will be fine. Don't worry. Sonic Racing's failure is on SEGA's terrible marketing and the terrible way they handled the release.
You got it backwards... CTR is one of the reasons Team Sonic racing is doing so poorly.
