I've finished the Neo Cab demo yesterday already. It's really good - while I only had mild interest from the trailer the demo really shines and shows how well-written it is. I is also quite long, around 2h. I probably won't buy at launch (PoS) but will keep it on the wishlist now.

Also played Kingdom: Two Crowns with my s.o. and we had a blast. It also seems less unfair than the first one (already considered that co-op is just easier).

Also finished the Neo Cab demo. It already looked like my jam from the Direct and that demo just confirmed it. Well written and as someone who lives in a big city that takes Uber's/Lyfts frequently, the subject matter really spoke to me. It's also utterly gorgeous. Like damn. Shame about no VO.. but then I remembered my favorite VN's also doesn't have VO work and then I quickly got over it.

I'm most likely there day one.

Also Wario64 just posted Civ VI is $20 on Amazon and BestBuy (US). Really wish it was this price on the eShop as well..

I'm glad Neo Cab has no voices as I'd just be skipping through them anyway. Voicing dialogue boxes like that just slows everything down. How long is the demo? Does it take you through the full first night?

About an hour and half, two hours. And yes. It ends at the start of night two.

It's not. You move the cursor with left stick/dpad, hold button to lock onto a gem and press the direction you want to swap. Hold left shoulder button to bring up abilities.

Or you can just use the touchscreen.

You can also play same-screen local multiplayer!
I found out you can use the right stick to swap gems too - no button press needed!

Do the quests in Puzzle Quest scale? I keep trying to level up to beat a quest and I swear its level keeps getting higher every time I level up.

Rhaknar or anyone else who knows, when you open Link's Awakening for the first time, does a cutscene play immediately or does it go straight to a splash title screen?

You get the animated cutscene, I know because I launched it, went to make some coffee, came back and it was halfway done >_>

Where's my goose reviews I'm so close to pulling the trigger.

I was originally planning to skip it for now but between the price and short length, I think I'll give it a go this weekend. I really like the idea of a 'game album', which is what it sounds like they're going for. Is the music pretty good?
A bit late, but yes, it's excellent; I wish I could buy it digitally right now, haha.

Do you not archive games? My 400gb card has like 170gb left and I have all my backlog downloaded which is like 40 games.

So unless you have a 100 game backlog...

I ran out of space in my 400gb card and "upgraded" to 512. I think part of the problem is some of the games are huge. LIke NBA 2k is gigantic.

Well, that plus hoarding.

512 cards are cheaper than they used to be but still quite expensive, so I think it's going to be a while.

Too bad, might have to make do with a 512 in the mean time.

No I never archive them, I do have around 120 games though (not backlog)

why not archive tho? Are you going to play those games again any time soon?

this goes for any system really, not a switch thing. It's like when people finish games on Pc and then dont delete them

I want to trade in Judgment and Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 for Link's Awakening, but if I sell those and buy them back some other time it's the same cost as buying it new, if not more. I love KH1 and want to pick up Judgment sometime after finishing all these Yakuza games.

Omg, I am so confused. I'm sure this is the third game I've seen mentioned as a sequel to Death Mark.
I don't know what other games you've been looking at, but this is definitely the follow-up to Death Mark. The marketing even says so.

  • Creeping horrors, familiar settings - while its predecessor, spirit Hunter: death mark, found its spirits in distinct, Horrifying locales, spirit Hunter: ng Weaves fear seamlessly into the mundane.
  • Search for clues - Use a flashlight to examine each location in order to solve the game's terrifying mystery. Watch out! You may unearth more than you've bargained for.
  • More than a visual novel - spirit Hunter: ng offers an immersive and exciting gameplay experience, in which players must make decisions at key moments in order to survive.
  • Beautiful but deadly - the game features gorgeous illustrations from artist fumiya sumio, who makes the terror in each character's face impossible to miss and renders Horrifying spirits with stunning detail.

After reading Kotaku's article about games dropping prices to get into the charts, I decided to experiment with this by dropping LOVE to 49 cents in North America. If there's a noticeable sales uptick, I'll do a full writeup.

But if you just got a Switch Lite and need to test out that D-Pad, you could do a lot worse than LOVE.

LOVE is a great game. Very fun and challenging, and for that price it's a steal!

Hope you sell tons of copies!
