Last Campfire & Kaze for me i think.... How is Last campfire on Switch anyway? Does it run stable compared to Steam etc. ?
Kaze is the best original DKC trilogy-inspired game out there. The flow and momentum feel so close and feel more like DKC than either Returns game.

Both Returns games feel completely different than the OG trilogy. The movement is so much more deliberate too and it didn't click with me as much as I wanted it to.ok i'm in
Huge DKC fan that, for whatever reason, never vibed with the Returns games.
No online leaderboards even for Wonder Boy arcade, right? :-( Do at least the local scores save? The first WB is one of my favorite games ever, been waiting ages for it to hit the Switch (the ACA release is exclusive to the japanese PSN on PS4), and I'm bummed for the lack of online highscoring.

The newer Marsupilami game feels a bit like the original DKC trilogy but I would put Jet Cave Adventure above it as a DKC-like.
Jet Kave has a free demo and was just a few bucks recently.
does anyone have any insight on the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm ports? the trilogy is finally 75% off and I always wanted to play them if only just to see the supers lol. They were ps360 era games so you would assume the ports are fine but you never know >_>
huh? on hte NA shop?oh wow did we all miss that A.I. The Somnium Files is 80% off? O_o
S3 & onward have Color Mode. S1, S2, & Kemono Friends don't have that mode. The main games tend to have 30 each. I don't think the mode is in any of the 3DS titles from what I remember. My wife really, really likes Picross. She has S8 and maybe S1 or S2? She told me today she really likes Picross color. Idk what this is but I wanted to buy her some games that feature this mode (?). Which ones would you Picross folks recommend?

Basically, on top of figuring out how many squares are in a row & column, you have to figure out which of the 3 or 4 colors you have go in which spots. It's a nice change of pace & honestly, I prefer it over Mega Picross since those are just the same puzzles but different ways to hint at how many squares need to be filled in.
Here's a trailer showing the mode off:
Another game bought. I'm going to have to put this thread on ignore soon lol.Jet Kave has a free demo and was just a few bucks recently.
Looks like it's only $2 USD now via dekudeals.

Anyone know of any good lists out there of wholesome/cozy games on Switch that's kept up to date?
I've played some of the more well-known ones at this point (Stardew Valley, Littlewood, A Garden Story, Forager, a few others), but I'd really like to dive in and see what I might've missed.
That's not Super Mario picross and it's nightmarish 20x40 puzzles
It's.....alright? It's much shorter & honestly, with how often I play the games, I almost never used any of the items you obtained, nor really spent any money. There's barely a story & the whole "finish puzzles to fight monsters or open chests" kind of feels tacked on.Whilst we're talking about picross games, what's Pictoquest like? I like the idea of solving these type of puzzles in a gamey way.

I've already played Murder by Numbers before someone suggests it ;)
You'll know your tastes better than me, but I fell off that game hard. To be fair I didn't love the other OlliOlli games either, so I think I was expecting this to be a bit more of a deviation from the formula. Other than the visual overhaul it feels basically like the other games, and me personally I just don't love how the skating and tricks feel here. But if you really enjoyed the past games there's no reason why you wouldn't like this one too
Played through Mysteries Under Lake Ophelia in two sittings today and it was an absolute delight. Charming PS1 style visuals and the right amount of mystery/discovery. The description of "mostly a fishing game" is perfect.
fantastic little experience.
according to xbox showcase leakspersona 3, 4 and 5 about to drop on xbox and PC
if switch doesnt get at least3 and 4 i will be severely bummed. they were already LITERALLY portable games on psp/vita lol
