I don't consider Jedi Academy a reasonably big Switch game.Chris is not an insider, i think he assumes that there's no Direct since they didn't announce one yesterday.
He's definitely talking about Jedi Academy.
I think we're all coming from a place of privilege as we all can take the time to seriously invest this much in whether a Direct happens or not. There are 3.3 million new people without jobs in the US, biggest jump since 1982. There is a pandemic. Conventional wisdom can't apply here, everything is behind schedule.Again. They JUST LAUNCHED one of their biggest games. Do you think these launch on their own? Nah, there's been many people involved up until the actual release day.
If anything, a pre-recorded video presentations that might've well been done before shit hit the fan since last week is probably a "safer" thing for them to do than a launch. And for the record, i'm very well for not even naming ANY release window in the next Direct.
