I said I didn't care if he was wrong or right but now that I've spent time in the thread I've caught the hype disease and I hope he's right. I still think it's rich to tell people not to put weight on your words when you're the one who put them out there for people to do so, but I was sitting here and I realize there are several things I would really like Nintendo to do and now that I've got the disease one of the symptoms is arbitrarily deciding I'm going to be disappointed if they don't announce the next 3D Mario. :/

Honestly after so many times where they've been wrong I just can't believe insiders anymore when it comes to Directs and stuff like Metroid Prime Trilogy. I'll still take their posts into account, especially if it's a major news source, but I'm done with automatically believing them and that goes for both believing that they're going to be right and believing that "plans must have changed," if they're wrong.

I don't think they're lying, however. That attributes maliciousness to cases where there is very likely none. There are many, many reasons that a person can be wrong about something before it goes to "they intentionally lied for attention."

Do you smack each other with the net once you're found? My roommates and I all have Switches and we've taken to playing tag. I hide behind trees and strike like some sort of bipedal tarantula.

I am 32 years old and this is the life I choose to lead.

The moment I woke up and noticed nothing had been announced I kinda lost hope for one this month :l . It's interesting that VB is still saying the 26th though, I know it's happened before but I just have a hard time believing they'd announce a direct in the evening

People need to stop taking anyone at their word who claims to know things. Results should be the real barrometer of which insiders to listen to. I think there are alot of people out their taking advantage of folks desire for news by connecting imaginary dots for 15 minutes of fame. leaking things is risky, peoples jobs are at stake, it shouldnt be done hap hazardly.

Ive asked before but never got an answer, are nintendo based youtube channels doing okay during this news drought? Does a dirth of announcements/information affect views or channel engagement?
