It is, yeah hydropolis music and setting was great. I've loved all the music and settings so far
Loved the first game back in the day, way more than the second. Might get. Sucks the Switch version is just a port, but oh well.

does remastered version get new content? or is the only difference between switch and ps4/pc the graphics?

Great news for me! First one was really enjoyable! Will definitely add it to my physical games collection
I suspect that the Switch version is none other than the DS version, & not the PS3 version.
It's still good for everyone all around; PS4 & PC getting the remastered PS3 version of the game, while the Switch gets the remastered DS version of the game.

There are screenshots in the OP ignoring the fact that it would actually be more difficult to port the DS version.
I'm pretty sure there are screenshots showing the that the Switch also gets the PS3 version
i guess we'll have to wait a little bit to find out but it still don't buy that they'll put the game on new platforms under two different titles.

Oh, ok; I just took it as that way since the Switch version of the game isn't getting the updated performance & resolution.
I played through this just last year and the PS3 graphics still look pretty damn good. The Switch version will be fine.
Whaaaaaat, all these leaks I cant handle. Just found out about three titles that I'm absolutely stoked for, wow E3 hasn't even started and I'm already more excited for stuff than I have been in 2018 and 2019.

Almost every game that comes out without switch instantly being part of the listed consoles results in this lol.
Anyways, Ill definitely get it becuase I lost my PS3 copy back in the day. I definitely enjoyed this one more than the second.
If it's a solid port. Native res undocked would be very nice for the cell shaded style

It might be a Skyrim where the Switch version doesnt get all the graphical improvements and therefore doesn't get the remaster on the title.
Expect the game bumped to 1080p/720p tho.
Great game and the switch is a perfect fit for it but having played it twice on PS3 (jpn and eng) and again twice on ds (Jpn and the most recently released translated eng patch) I'll give it a pass

I think the problem is many of those Japanese devs take Switch customers for granted with lazy and costly ports. I hope this isn't a 50/60$ ports.
I'm willing to bet it's parity to the other ports in the sense that all PC and PS4 have additionally is 4K Support. The leaked screenshots don't really show anything new and most everything looks about the same as it did before.
Does it really make a difference? Dark Souls Remastered on Switch was basically just a resolution bump on the 360/PS3 versions with a more stable framerate with none of the changes of the remaster on other platforms.
