They should just get rid of the offside reviews tbh, if its not obvious on the ice, they shouldnt be getting rulers out to measure after tons of play occurs
The NHL needs to get rid of a lot. They tried to ape the NFL and are realizing not enough fans actually care.
Offside reviews would be fine with a limit as to how far back they can go. If the zone entry immediately leads to a goal, it shouldn't count. If the goal comes after 10+ seconds of time in the zone, the entry probably didn't have much to do with it.
ya, thats more what I mean. If its like a breakaway or something thats something to check. Not when they set up and play for a long while
That was a really solid first period. Both teams made mistakes, the refs are blowing it, but it showed everyone is still elevated to the spotlight.
The Bruins have had success playing dirty in the playoffs for the last decade. It's just the nature of playoff hockey
