Miami has ammo to move up with Houston's 2nd rounder and their first rounder. Tua just hasn't shown much of anything. With rookies in the modern era the good ones give you mistakes but show flashes of their talent. Tua just looks like a really limited player.

Not remotely the same situations. No one ever saw Josh Allen and said he lacked talent and had little upside. And his curve has also been unprecedented, inaccurate QBs just haven;t done what Allen has done and improved this way until he did it.
But Allen obviously had the tools, aka a big arm and athleticism. He needed to calm down and learn the game. The situations are completely different.
Uh, Lamar Jackson looked good his rookie year. He just sucked in the playoffs. And then he sucked in the playoffs his MVP year.
