Looking at this more, it's bizarre, because the Titans player appears to move the *exact same video frame* as the snap motion begins, which as I understand it, isn't offsides. It *is* faster than human reaction time allows, however, so it appears to be one of the luckiest jumps I've ever seen.

It's not offsides at all. The Chief's special teams were just idiots for having only 1 outside defender on the right side (left in video) despite the entire Titans line being shifted that way

The NFL is full of morally questionable teams and if you overthink it too hard then there are no "good guys". This is especially true considering that most of these players will be physically and/or mentally as they get older.
