I'm fine with firing Elway but I'm not sure who'd even be a viable replacement. I don't think grabbing some Belichick FA lackey is really going to be much of an improvement. I'd love to have someone like Scot McCloughan, but only if he's finally gotten control of his alcohol problem. Not sure who else is out there that's ready to step up and run a front office.
