The thing is GG doesn't want to continue the franchise because Helghan being nuked in 3, and Helghast living on Vekta writes the lore into a block and it was done by GG intentionally. Horizon is going to be their thing going forward.

The way I see it, Demon's Souls isn't going to be a remaster (hence the words their saying it's way beyond a remaster), it must be a soft reboot of sorts, thats how I interpret a "reimagining".
So.. truth is, would there be any studio more capable than Bluepoint to do this?

I fucking loved KZ2. Was the first competitive MP FPS game to ever hold my attention.

KZ 2 was incredible, and those graphics, insane. A freakin remaster of it would more than hold up today BUT.. Shadow Fall is a trainwreck in comparison to KZ2 .

A soft reboot is in order, Bluepoint are the guys for the job. If they show us a KZ reboot... I will literally pre-order a PS5 that very minute. Lets hope the series still is dear to Herman Hulst.

Few generally means 3-4

45-60 minutes.

So 8:09am PST or so.

lol, I do. I set my phone to go off 30 minutes before I actually want to wake up and it goes off again in 10 minute intervals. There are times where the amount of extra sleep I get in those 10 minute intervals completely rejuvenates me :)

Considering they've sold 100mil+ consoles every generation, Im sure they know what they're doing. I think they put out that ps4 trailer and their not giving us the info blowout we want because with BC ps4 sales will decrease. But believe me.. im sure when they do... their message is going to permeate everything. Regarding the call the Keighley got and the speculation that he might host the PSM, would Sony really wait until about a month before the event to contact him? I suppose all he'd have to do is memorize his lines and make sure his schedule is clear for the event. Is about 1 month a realistic amount of time to give him a heads up for something that important?

I don't think he should do this and he likely wouldn't do it. It's one thing to present awards and act as a host for neutral presentations, but at the end of the day he runs the Industry Award Show. He shouldn't be the face of any one company.
