New titles are coming from Maxis, Criterion Games, BioWare, DICE and a new IP from Motive + Mobile games and Remastered of EA Games

Maxis: Probably a Sims expansion?
Criterion: Curveball of them all. Generally thought the studio didn't exist much anymore. A new Burnout is the dream though.

We do know that Bioware is working on Dragon Age. I'm curious on what Maxis is doing though.

Since Maxis Emeryville is closed down, Maxis is basically just the Sims Studio and two other mobile teams, right? I guess they're not gonna make anything that's not the Sims anymore.

Bioware haven't made a good game since the first mass effect. Burnout would probably be like paradise (meh) but with wall to wall microtransactions and the last SSX was abysmal.
EA used to make so many great games but to be that great again would completely go against their service focused approach to development. A game selling well because it's good isn't enough for then anymore.
I mean a new sex like tricky. Or a new burnout like revenge. Or a new Def jam like FFNY would be so fucking awesome. But you know it'll never happen because greed.

Or NFS:U2 but I can see there being issues with car brand licensing which could make it impossible.
I'd like a collection of 16-bit EA titles, like that compilation they did for PSP, but more thorough.
Criterion are big enough to make a game by themselves? I remember they lost many people to Ghost Games. Might be Burnout and it's looking like NFS Heat might be Ghost Games last chance to pull it off as I don't see them in the pipeline there past Heat.
Next gen Battlefield better be in a modern setting. Hell, it'll be almost a decade between a mainline modern setting Battlefield if its out in fall 2021.

I really hope that EA releases remasters on Switch. I need both the Mass Effect and Dead Space trilogies portably (and really, last Gen games are pretty much the only thing I want from EA these days).
Pretty much interested in the Star Wars game, Motives new IP and the next Battlefield. Hopefully they stop pumping out Battlefield, they did it with BF4 and again with BFV.
You guys can keep your Skate 4 and Mass Effect remasters, give me a Sims Urbz sequel or remaster please Maxis.

Massa Effect Trilogy should be remastered, obviously. EA is sitting on a potentially enormous pile of cash, let alone the extra money from MTX on the multiplayer mode.
Same here, all I want from them is some of their last gen games remastered for Switch like what Capcom is doing these days.

Session is way more on the Sim stuff than Skate. Skate had a good mix of arcade and sim gameplay that hasn't really been replicated.\
Bioware ain't dead but they are on the line though. If there next game doesn't do hot it might be over idk

Think they've realized that short term gain with lootboxes isn't worth long term damage that FIFA, Madden and Star Wars can't continue to cover up for. They've already ruined Mass Effect, Battlefield, Need for Speed, Sims and Battlefront as it is this generation.
But it won't be long before they find something new to start screwing with people. Last generation we had a moment of "fresh new AAA IP's" to separate themselves from licensed/shovelware games like Mirrors Edge, Dead Space, Saboteur and Dante's Inferno before the Ultimate Team craze took over. That company is tainted at its core, and we'll have to deal with it like we deal with Activision.
