Ummm...

I never saw this leak (I saw the other one that predicted the August 7th video). But this one seems right on the money as well.

Two things stand out to me here -
- "Not many new Pokemon". Not what I wanted to hear. I'm assuming this means around 50 new Pokemon or less, which would be highly disappointing.
- New Eevee evolutions sound great, but I'm concerned about the wording that they "replace" Lefeon and Glaceon. I'm not sure what that could mean.

Emonga is a strict upgrade from Pachirisu. Pachirisu is a mere squirrel. A commoner. Emonga is a flying squirrel. Royalty.

Also can we talk about how TPC unnecessarily changed 'Emonga' to 'Emolga' in the English localization. Emonga sounds so much better.
Who the heck needs a flying squirrel? Emonga, *cough*, Emolga looks bratty and stupid, Pachirisu is 110% pure cuteness.

Also..

Why are people openly posting and discussing leaks in this thread?

I think "not many new pokemon" is a pretty safe bet with the timeline we're looking at, they'd have revealed more by now if it was gonna be 100

It's nice to finally have a non-gen 1 regional form, and that is a great design, but man is it hard to get excited about regional evolutions with Game Freak clearly setting themselves up to never include them in a mainline game after this generation (maybe not even all the games in this Gen) ever again.

Exactly. And like I said, even worse is that they are now creating entirely new Pokemon and evolution lines off these regional specific forms. Which means entirely new Pokemon (and not just the alternate forms) will only be avaialble in Sword and Shield.

People really acting like Joe is just making an innocent joke when he has done stuff like that before and even his girlfriend called him out

Galarian Weezing is neat. Poison/Fairy is really interesting typing as thanks to levitate it'll only be weak to Steel and Psychic.

Seems like it'll be fun to use before it ceases to exist after this gen.

Weezing used to be OU. It has a really good defensive moveset and typing. It just needs an evolution to keep up with the power creep.

Getting the Fairy typing is nice I guess.

Team Yell is actually a result of heat waves pushing Pokémon fans out of the Pokémon Centers.

Thank God for Alolan Weezing countering global warming.

Yo, can we not get another thread closed. The generalizations and picking on disappointed people shit is as whack as it always is but the discussion of it goes nowhere fast. Report and keep it moving, they're not worth the time nor yet another thread getting closed over hostility.

I think the Seagulp leak is fake. They got the August 7 date right, but none of the reveals they predicted played out.

the first no natdex pokemon (let's go) still had the regional variants.

We don't know that at all, but go off I guess.

With the amount of harassment Serebii Joe has gotten I can't help but be with him on this.

Probably means Leafeon and Glaceon's triumphant return in Sinnoh remakes. lol

Come on now lol it's clearly a comment about his views of the Pokemon community not a comment on story

Yea, no shit he's thinking of the entire community when he said that lol, I didn't say anything about the story.

I don't consider it immature to have a chuckle over the coincidence of what Team Yell is, especially given what he's apparently had to go through himself

This is such a joyless, dysfunctionally cynical attitude. I can only feel sorry for you after reading it.

Whatever is bothering you, I hope you feel better.

No need to attack my views with harmfully condescending love (I mean wow), you can simply disagree. I can just see why these regional forms are in the games now and they are tired with how you expect them to goofy-up some of the Pokemon.

And I'm no psychiatrist, but it is probably just a sign that I'm too old for Pokemon....

The more I think about it, the more cutting Glaceon and Leafeon makes no sense

Even Let's Go referenced them, even if they weren't actually in the game. They've always lumped the Eeeveelutions are one unit, even if a few games didn't necessarily allow you to evolve Eevee into them. You could still get them.
