Bruce Payne in pretty much everything he's in, he's great in Passenger 57 and Dungeons and Dragons.
Raul Julia in Street Fighter the Movie.
Guy was dying of terminal stage of cancer, did the movie for his kids. He's having the time of his life doing so and his Dictator role entered the hall of fame. What a legend.

Matthew McConaughey in that post-apocalyptic dragon movie (no idea what it was called).

Michael Sheen in the Twilight Films is an absolute delight.
I could just tell he was having soo much fun lol. He was a definite highlight out of the movies.
I'd say Eva Green in Dark Shadows. The movie was largely forgettable, but I enjoyed her performance.
I remember seeing this movie in the theaters (I really don't know why I did) and it was a...trip to say the least.

This man is amazing in like everything he does and like no one knows who he is. Shame. He's amazing in Dune as well.

Haha. I was going to write: Brad Dourif in... well, most of his movies, actually.
Ewan McGregor pretty much carried me through the prequels, Fassbender in Prometheus, and Tom Hiddleston in Thor The Dark World.
That movie is phenomenal and she had a phenomenal performance tho.
Not a movie but I liked Claes Bang in the BBC Dracula. I thought if given the proper script he could nail the character even more

Breen's...um.... 'oeuvre' is like that Office bit with Michael Scott's homemade movie, but brought to life and somehow 1000% crazier.
I have no idea what he was going for in that movie. One of the weirdest performances ever.
