Bill Wurtz is as mysterious as he is incredibly gifted. He's been making music on YouTube since YouTube started, but was never really known until a little thing called "The History of the Entire World I Guess".

But this is about the music. His music is surreal and somehow amazing.

What are your favorite Bill Wurtz songs? And why is this so appealing?

Can't forget this video if you're talking about Bill Wurtz. I feel like this is the first thing that started to get him more attention.

This was the first song of his that I heard and I still absolutely LOVE IT, but none of his others have really done it for me unfortunately

Somehow, his music manages to me fell less anxiety and helps with my depression. I don't know exactly what's in the secret cocktail he uses, but his music has really, really helped me over the past year or so.

These 2 are probably my favorites, but all of his songs are pretty amazing:

YouTube doesn't deserve him. I hope he's not a secret Nazi or something.

I don't know if I would ever just straight jam to this music all that often, but it seems perfect for something like a kids show. Give him a contract to write stuff for Sesame Street. That'd be perfect.

Musically, it's really quite out-there jazz. All kinds of of crazy chord progressions and time signatures. He went to Berklee , a prestigious private college specialising in Jazz. The lyrics are surreal, and the videos are A E S T H E T I C as hell, but underneath all that it's really sophisticated.

I'm sorry but based on the eveidence here presented, Hot Dad doesn't hold a candle to it. Very simple.

I like this thread because it has about the same average number of replies that any of my threads get.

I've listened to a few. I honestly need more formula and patterns in my music.

I really wish he'd make another history or informative video, but it seems like he doesn't want to do them anymore.

I have lost count of how many times I have seen his history of the world and Japan videos. Wish he could do shorter versions of about other topics in that same style.

I recently found him out from his "thanks for checking in" clip which was somewhat popular on vine.
