Is there a solid list of character archetypes? I've never been much into MK so I have no clue where each character fits in terms of how they want to fight.
I would, but not getting the unlocks you get for winning fights, so I don't want to have to do it 2x.

Yeah it unlocked for me.
The game doesn't look too half bad. Although I wish the game didn't have a shimmer effect, but I guess it will hold me over until my Steam version unlocks tomorrow.

I believe the confusion is that the physical version of MK11 was delayed in Europe until Mid May. It launched day and date in NA physically and digitally WW afaik. I even saw a few pre-ordered copies stacked when I picked up my Xbox copy at Best Buy.
Is the kombat pass worth if I just want the dlc characters or should I just buy them individually?

Was hoping to play a little bit tonight but nope. Have to be up in the morning when my kids wake up. This industry never ceases to amaze.
You get the Kronika Announcer pack on the home version, and some souls + an MK11 character on the mobile game by linking.
Can't even navigate the Krypt. Can't even customize my characters. Can't even do a local match without some server bullshit getting in the way, but I bet the major outlets and publications won't acknowledge the always online fuckery in the reviews.
