Hopefully they'll put the demo up for pre-load. Shadow dropping the demo on Thursday would mean that due to heavy traffic on servers, the amount of error messages would be phenomenal.

Nintendo paid various million dollars for that to not be announced, highly doubt it's that.

Yeah, it was. If not mistaken, it was the TGS demo writ large to stress test the servers since they hadn't done such a global release before.
