yes please
bundle it with xenogears so i can have all the other partsjust sell Xenosaga to Nintendo, Bamco.
shit, I'm sure Monolith would buy it without Nintendo's help
Shion is the Shinji of the Xeno series, so it makes sense.I still find it funny just how thoroughly Shion has been replaced by KOS-MOS as the Xenosaga MC in the public consciousness
I don't think this is accurate? The face of Xenosaga has always been KOS-MOS from the start. There is no replacement. Shion was always only meant to be the main protagonist representing the first era of Xenosaga. KOS-MOS and chaos are the two entities which are eternal and would carry to all other episodes. Obviously the first era ended up being the only Xenosaga story they ever told, but KOS-MOS was front and center from the start. She's the toy in the Japanese limited edition boxes on the first two episodes, she is the one on the cover of all the games, and she was always the one most heavily featured in all the trailers. There has never been a time even when Xenosaga was freshly announced, where anyone associated Xenosaga with Shion over KOS-MOS. Being a protagonist and being the face of a franchise are different things. Ash is the protagonist of many Pokemon games, Pikachu is the face of Pokemon.I still find it funny just how thoroughly Shion has been replaced by KOS-MOS as the Xenosaga MC in the public consciousness
Could be that internships expired or like you said, they left because they're young fresh graduates and want to explore2 extra enployes but 6 more girls compared to last count? So at least 4 guys left the company
Reminds me of this:
Definitely the worst looking Shulk imo. Also everyone's faces in the art looks childish
best SE would do is an HD2D remake of Gears with 1 year of exclusivity or less depending on how much Microsoft pays them
a new MLS project is dueso, with the pro rumors, trailer at e3 or not? A new xeno game could work well as a showcase
But this is easily the best looking Shulk model and I hope all future Xeno games use this art style. This is the art work finally perfected in 3D
Face is better in XBDE. Eyes, skin shading, nose, eyebrows, hair, expressions. Clothes, shoes, etc of Shulk's default original outfit are better in XBC2 definitely.Eyes aside, Shulk looks better in XC2 than XC or XCDE to me. The materials blow the other two games away.

I love the art style development progress done on the faces in Definitive Edition. Just a perfect balance of XB2 and XB1. Plus the enhanced development on the engine added things like good quality depth of field which helped a ton in cutscenes. Kinda baffling that they didn't update the textures in Shulk's iconic default outfit though lol
I love you!
Absolutely, just compare all those screenshots to.... theseHmm, I guess looking at them side by side, I see what you mean
I think we can all agree Monolithsoft has definitely finally figured out how to properly translate their art to 3D models after whatever happened with X (which I love, but those characters were ugly af)
Somebody add Fei to this image to complete the xeno protags.
nah, Bamco owns Xenosaga completely. Takahashi just loves him some robot girlsMonolith Soft must have a stake in the Xenosaga IP for KOS-MOS to still be appearing in their recruitment art, which in turn, explains why Bandai Namco doesn't see a remaster of the Xenosaga trilogy to be profitable if Nintendo has a stake in the series via Monolith Soft.
you dead tho
"What do you mean I don't count? I got my own stand alone game!"
They don't. Everything from Xenosaga is fully owned by Bamco. The reason they won't move forward with a remaster is the series doesn't have a future without Monolith (who are on Nintendo's payroll) and it was never big enough to warrant a remaster to begin with.Monolith Soft must have a stake in the Xenosaga IP for KOS-MOS to still be appearing in their recruitment art, which in turn, explains why Bandai Namco doesn't see a remaster of the Xenosaga trilogy to be profitable if Nintendo has a stake in the series via Monolith Soft.
Namco is in the copyright for this artwork like they were for the studio's 20th anniversary artwork.Monolith Soft must have a stake in the Xenosaga IP for KOS-MOS to still be appearing in their recruitment art, which in turn, explains why Bandai Namco doesn't see a remaster of the Xenosaga trilogy to be profitable if Nintendo has a stake in the series via Monolith Soft.
Definitley some room on Rex's right, plenty of room for the Xeno 3 protagonist.
SE is holding him hostage. they still haven't sent their terms
SE: Doesn't look like anything to me.

The art is just a way of acknowledging their past. They've already moved on to much greener pastures.

Well of any of the main casts from either Xenoblade they're probably the most likely to show up in a future game since they're functionally ageless and they presumably wouldn't return to their core crystals even after Rex diesI will buy anything you want Monolith just include Pyra and Mythra.
Xenoblade Chronicles X-2 being revealed with the new iteration of the Nintendo Switch would be reminiscent of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 being revealed with the original Nintendo Switch.
I've always speculated that KOS-MOS will be big in Monolith's future and maybe a important character in Xenoblade 3. I think the 10th anniversary Xenoblade art with the Zohar convinced me tbh. Also, I'm legit curious why they chose her V4 form from Xenosaga and not XB2 iteration. I think this HAS to mean something. V4 KOS-MOS has not gotten new art in years.
This is what I'm thinking. No better time to show it off.Xenoblade Chronicles 3 being revealed with the new iteration of the Nintendo Switch would be reminiscent of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 being revealed with the original Nintendo Switch.

Xenogears was legally developed under Square's development division so Monolith Soft can't even use Fei to promote Monolith Soft if they wanted to.
I think there's a good chance of Gears characters in Monolith's next game. Nintendo and SE are pretty cozy after all. Hell, we might even see a Gears remaster coming alongside it
It had better happen. Leaving X to die on the Wii U would be fucking criminal after all the other stuff got ported.Xenoblade Chronicles X remastered on Switch Pro.
I can see it happening.
