Haven't gotten that far (I'm an old person who generally sticks with graphic novel releases), but yeah, that series is chock full of them.
The three big ones for me have been:
Eren getting eaten and subsequently turning into a Titan (within the first two volumes, wtf), Connie's Titan mom, and the entire sequence where the Survey Corps learns about the outside world via Grisha's writings.
Attack on Titan latest chapters; especially related on the main character.

The entire assualt on the capital was amazingly done. The entire final half of the entire series is amazing.
A lot of moments in Berserk when there are just insanely detailed spreads.

That annoys me to no end. To be fair though, the name is there in the image. It's called Feng Shen Ji.
I actually forgot what this comic was called until I saw this. I remember reading it way back and loving the art.
For me it way way back when I first read Dragonball, I turned a page and Krillin was dead, murdered by a then unknown villain. Death became eventually a joke in Dragonball, basically just a a vacation on a tiny planet but this moment literally made my jaw drop, I did not expect that at all.
I was petrified. :P

Shigurui. I watched the anime and it ended on the craziest cliff hanger ever so i read the entire manga run. That last panel fucked me up badly. I read it a few years ago don't understand the characters thought process behind her decision to this day. Blew me away

I just finished Toriko and loved this bit. I was kinda bummed when they made his angry form this monstrous looking guy, but I got right back on the hype train when he turned into that shortly after. Shame it all ended so quickly. Was a lot of fun.
'THAT' character being the first Kenpachi, had me SHOOK and CRYING.
Too bad it all got wasted for 'that' other character's development.
