Lots of complaining on called strikes around the zone, but when a pitch is there or thereabouts on the black you simply have to defend the plate. You can't just stare at everything waiting for luck to happen.

You want them to hack at a ball six inches off the plate on a full count and hope to make contact because the ump is fucking blind? Okay.
This series has been the greatest argument for robot umps so far. The strike zone has been a fucking circus every game.
from mlb gamedayCheck out the post above and let me know if you think that's six inches off the plate mate. Tell these hitters to bite down on their mouthpiece and actually have a crack at getting a hit.
Agree on a CPU strikezone :)
Agreed. Was hoping Springer would save that for game 6 when we might need it. Go Astros!
it won't be over until weds when the Nats are celebrating on the field :P
to be fair outside of the first game there really hasn't been any doubt who is going to win a game as we go into the 9th lol.Series has been a tough watch. I usually enjoy it whether my team is in it or not.
But Minute maid has a roof.alright Nats, win tonight.
tomorrow the thunderstorms keep them from playing.
and then for halloween we can have the last game and make bad trick or treat jokes all night.
Brewers apparently are going back to the ball and glove logo full time :blessed:
I didn't know that. then uh... hopefully lightning strikes the roof tomorrow before anyone shows up and they have to cancel the game to replace fried wires so they can get the lights on while resulting in no more than $100 of damages.
No he doesn't :pJV needs to fucking step it up and stop being Kershaw in the World Series.
No.even if you're an astros fan please root for the nats today so we can get one more glorious day of baseball thank you

has there ever been a world series where the home team never won a game?Looks like Scherzer is ready to go tomorrow. Astros need to win tonight
Verlander just isn't a great postseason pitcher. Hope the bullpen is ready to go tonight.
