Debated whether to create this thread, but I think these problems require a light shone on them. Mike Hill is a prominent artist who has worked on multiple AAA games such as Killzone, Horizon, Halo, and Call of Duty, as well as movies such as Blade Runner 2049 and Dune. He is outspoken about his distaste of Pride month and the LGBTQ community. According to Mike, he has suffered essentially no professional repercussions for this.


PSA since people who aren't fans of ERA might end up reading this. This is not "cancel culture". This is using free speech to call an asshole an asshole. This is consumers being educated about what products and practices they choose to support in the free market. This is capitalism to a tee.

Honestly, he's right about one thing, lately I see a lot more anti LGTBQ talk online and it's very very worrying. Here in Spain, a country that used to be very tolerant, the TERF Anti-trans movement has grown a lot, even in some sectors of the left, it's ridiculous and scary.
