Yes, it's a single-player game. You can download other people's Miis, or create your own. Creating the cast and watching their relationships unfold is the meat of the game, really. It's a fairly basic adventure underneath. Is this game fun without friends? It seems very socially oriented, but I'm hoping that's just the marketing
Is there a way to trade Miis with others online, via Switch or on 3DS/Wii U?
Yeah my thoughts hopefully we'll get a sale sooner rather then later
For Smash Ultimate, I had to scan in an amiibo I wasn't using much of anymore and scan onto the Switch one by one so I could have my Mii Fighters. If there was a way to trade Onine, that'd help mitigate some of the transfering.

Oh.... Seeing this game makes me think it's not entirely impossible we'll see Ever Oasis again.>reads about Ever Oasis on this thread

Because they know people will buy it regardless. Why is a 5 year old port launching with a price increase of 50% from the original game.

Ring Fit actually is a spiritual successor in a sense, both games share the same development team! Nice catch :)I loved it on 3DS. It feels like a very Nintendo take on jrpg, it is very funny and also surprinsingly lengthy. In a way I found Ring Fit adventure to be some kind of spiritual successor : in terms of rpg mechanics it is very streamlined but it works wonderfully as its own thing.
Also that's the perfect game to play if you missed your beloved ones who are far away lol
I actually wonder if this port came about because the team asked for it and Nintendo acquiesced because of their current clout.Ring Fit actually is a spiritual successor in a sense, both games share the same development team! Nice catch :)
Yeah, tbh I'm hoping this sets a precedent for more 3DS ports, I love Miitopia but would have killed for Kid Icarus or Link Between Worlds to show up..... this is Grezzo's new project?!
Miitopia before Samus Returns, Link Between Worlds, Kid Icarus, MM/OOT... Nintendo never fails to surprise lol
Seriously. If they're going to port a late 3DS JRPG I'd have rather had Ever Oasis.
Tomodachi Life Adventures.as someone who never knew what this game was, i still don't know what this game is.
