Different, plus this one is in design lab so you can customize it.
Another time where I wish that Xbox controllers had a gyroscope, because goddamn this controller looks clean.

I don't love the design, but I love a good cause and a limited edition item. If I can put rubber grips on it in the design lab, I'm more than sold.
I was really impressed by the lengthy post on Xbox wire about all the Pride stuff they have going.
Though, one question I had that for the LGBTQIA+ community is if it's time to retired "women's shirt" in favor of something more neutral/inclusive (contoured fit or something like that)?

It's a different design and personally, I think it doesn't look as good as the one you posted. As the newer one is more faded and has more thin lines.
While I'm glad to see more Pride acceptance in our culture and do like the design, I question what corporations are getting out of it.
The Xbox division had over 16B in revenue; a donation of $170k is nothing to their budget. It would be great if they stepped up and donated money that really demonstrates their values.

Only 170k? Feel like MS could've donated a lot more, with being one of the richest companies and all.

While they should donate more, I think (just like with all companies), they need to prove they are doing something besides profiting off of pride.
You can customize all other parts of the controller with a broad color palette, metallic finishes, rubberized grips, and even add engraving to make your Pride controller unique to you.
