Isn't that the 'old' Defenders team(s)? I assumed it's there just to contrast against the new one. I could be wrong, I'm not super-plugged in to the modern stories!

I'm assuming America is there for the same reason Blue Marvel is - they were both part of Ewing's Ultimates (it and Ultimates 2 are amazing comics BTW).
