Marvel has really embraced the fight for minority rights metaphor of the X-Men, particularly in regards to LGBTQ+ representation, and that doesn't appear to be ending anytime soon. (I can't seem to find Kate Pryde on the cover.)

The implication is Scott and Jean are in an open relationship with Logan being Jean's partner. Doubt Marvel will go all the way with actually making Logan bi though.

Eh…there are multiple panels, the most famous being Scott and Logan talking about the beach with the lines of "Jean in a bikini" to "Scott in a Speedo" that kind of implies it's deeper than both being with Jean.
