I... uh... actually like Avengers Arena, I wish more had been done with the ending.

The deaths of Mettle and Juston were bullshit! As was the passing of the Darkhawk medallion.
I do think it could have been used to reestablish one of my favorite villains, Arcade, as a true threat and sow distrust among the young heroes. I wish my own personal theory about it all being a VR Sim was true so the dead characters could still be alive and the ending would even still work that way.
