I'm yet to even get 1 super-rare from a 10-pull and you had to post this??? rude!!!
Holy shit this is an incredible pull
That's some crazy luck.
Really? Forget the bomb launcher this is way better for me.
Hatred...
Eh, I think the difficulty is designed to fluctuate back and forth. I got first place really easy in tier 1 and then utterly destroyed in tier 4. Tier 5 was really easy again and in Tier 8 I barely got third place. I haven't reached the cup yet, but I'm expecting to do poorly again now in Tier 11 unless most people in my tier have quit playing, and then do pretty well again in Tier 12 or 13.1st place. Tier 10 now and it's getting harder all the time for someone not spending money on this.

WTF?!
Do we think the week 1 spotlights are better than week 2? King Boo's bomb cannon looks bad if you're already in first.
Rosalina is spotlight for week 1, Boo for week 2.Wait, aren't Halloween Rosalina and King Boo LM the spotlights for the entire tour meaning both weeks? Did I misunderstand something?
The last two tours only had 2 spotlight characters each as well. Pauline+Musican Mario and Kimono Peach+ Hakama Mario.
That's not quite what I meant, and you are correct in that if you pay, you're more likely to get a high score. What I meant by it being designed like that, well, let's think about it this way:What do you mean, designed? You mean the ranking cups alternate in needing spotlight items and not?
What I meant is that someone that pays to get all the good items has an easier time scoring high in the ranking than someone who doesn't.

The game's still pretty early in its life, but this seems logical to me and reflects my own experience with the rankings so far.
- Paying players (PPs) and non-paying players (NPPs) are all in the same pool
- PPs are more likely to rank high
- Because of this PPs will likely move up more tiers than the other players
- If an NPP does well, they're more likely to end in tiers with a larger percentage of PPs
- Because the PP% is higher, the NPP is likely going to do worse because the 2nd point is still true
- Because the NPP does worse, they'll likely move up less tiers
- Because the NPP moves up fewer tiers, the PP% is lower, i.e. they're more likely to be in a tier with more NPPs
- Because there are more NPPs and fewer PPs, doing well is easier again
- Because the NPP does better, they are likely to end up in a tier with a higher PP% again
- This cycle will keep repeating itself
Is it bad I can't even look at this without feeling intense jealously
Can everyone sense the moment my soul left my body in disappointment?
Edit:game doesn't run that choppy its the video itself.
Oh right, this was supposed to be for King Boo huh? The only character that came to mind was Yoshi lol.Just saw on Reddit someone say that you can use Yoshi for the extended tongue challenge. I haven't confirmed this personally though.
Same. She was also available to me the day before the second challenge card unlocked. lolOf course Wendy is in the shop the day after you needed her, f*ck you too game >:(

It was like this in the beta. They kept both spotlight pipes active for the entire tour. If I'm remembering right, you could choose which pipe to fire. Some games like FE Heroes have multiple "pipes" to pull from that feature different characters. I hope Tour does something similar should the amount of content get too large.
With about six hours left the hero in second place came within 14 points of me. Subsequently I pulled out a 10,501 on Mario Circuit to bring my lead back to over 1k which was good enough for first and I'm in Tier 13 now :-)Someone managed to squeak by into first by 150 points in the past hour but I manged to grind out a ~400 point lead again. Now I wait.
Just did that for Halloween Rosalina after getting Koopa Troopa to 600 for the 15 driver challenge. It's good to be king. Giving Peachette all those points tickets. Now for coin rush.
And I thought mine was good, ridiculous pull!
Same. Two 20 pulls. Got a couple of Wendy's and a bunch of dupes.
I've managed to hit 27k, which sounds a lot but DK on the Dino Dino Jungle with a big-banana-frenzy, and Morton with Kalamari Desert also getting the same. I think ikt's one of my favourites for a big combo. With luck and right ones from previous pulls I think it can be a decent scorer, and 2 out of 3 can be done without super-rare-whatever-its-called.Someone's already gone past 25,000 on my leaderboard. I've got a bad feeling about this.
