It's just not very fair to the thing to compare it to stuff like Mario Kart 8 that is superior in every possible way when they not even occupy the same space.
Andre, do you play Mario Kart Tour? I'm heavily invested in that. Played every day since launch.
If you add to cart it says sold out FYI.The Mario set is still available on Nintendo's Store: https://store.nintendo.com/mario-kart-live-home-circuit-mario-set.html
Was able to put in an order in just now. Luigi set shows as sold out.
My local target had 6 in the display case, maybe 3 Mario 3 Luigi. The system wouldn't sell to me though 2 days ago though lolSame. Hoping I can order it tomorrow at either Best Buy or Target for in store pickup.

Target order came up and went away almost immediately.
The whole concept of this is so fascinating.
Kudos to Nintendo for trying something so out there.
Side note: Are there any measures in place to prevent X rated content on the courses?
So Xbox Uno all over again :D
should have just made a series of rc cars. No switch involved. Just race in real life.
This worked, thanks had birthday coupon and $5 coupon from something
I fully expect them to introduce more models based on other characters later down the line. It would print money.I GOT AN IDEA
For us people in predominantly carpeted homes, Nintendo should release an "off-roading" model with heavy-duty carpet-conquering treads
Ah that's a shame.AFAIK the game blocks screenshots and video recording, and has no online functionality at all.
Not sure what this question even means.
Yeah, these are great. Those have already existed for years. Pretty sure they've released those more than once, actually.
I'm using carpet. It's not a full pile rug, but works fine on the carpet I have. The speed increases through the speed classes and mushroom boosts are noticeable. I didn't even consider it before purchase.Just got super lucky and snagged the last one at the nearest Walmart to me. Woo! If it doesn't work at my house with carpet I'm sure my niece will love this as a Christmas gift.
