Can this even be classified and reviewed like a traditional videogame?
Two new videos this morning!
The first is a video review of Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit!
The other is a compilation of my cat, that absolutely hated it, trying to mess with it.
Sure, in the same way something like Ring Fit Adventure or Labo could?
I would let Ring Fit Adventure slide since it is the closest to an actual game but Labo and this are more digital toys than videogames and therefore I find it kinda silly to judge them like ones.
USB-C. Kart lasts 3 hours. 90 minute charge.I haven't looked at the reviews but is there any info on the battery for the vehicles? How are they charged and how long do they last?

Oh, that sounds really nice! It seems they found a nice middle ground here. Thanks a lot for the information :)
Seriously, this is worth knocking through a few walls to get it around the whole house.
I take it there's a max length of the track though?
Lol yeah 15x15 sq ft space is what Nintendo says.
Seems like there's nothing stopping you from trying a 30' long track if the switch is in the center though there may be connection restraints.
I would guess 30fps. A lot of work for the Switch to manipulate live streaming video and layer a racing game on top.
Agreed.
We have basically carpet or tile in my house. No smooth wood or faux wood floors. Kinda concerned about how those surfaces will affect it.
I just want to know if ANY elevation is possible, even a really gentle one, to make a small jump somewhere.
What about using a really grippy surface like sandpaper for the ramps? Also, would incorporating a moving treadmill work?
why bother gatekeeping if a product can be reviewedCan this even be classified and reviewed like a traditional videogame?
Yeah that would be my guess too... oh well, I suppose I'll just have to wait for the game to be in my hands and I'll find out. :-DI would guess 30fps. A lot of work for the Switch to manipulate live streaming video and layer a racing game on top.

Our youngest cat is absolutely going to be chasing the kart. It's going to make for some comical replays. My German shepherd would not just simply back away from one of these. Sadly I will never own this lol
$100 for one Kart kinda sucks since there's no local multiplayer. I think $120-150 for a 2-pack would've been a good compromise.
This is a really expensive way of getting a Mario Kart game that handles badly and needs charging and setting up.
True. Even so though most of my friends have Switches and would be willing to bring them over for some local multiplayer.
It's just not very fair to the thing to compare it to stuff like Mario Kart 8 that is superior in every possible way when they not even occupy the same space.
