Mario Tennis Aces - Nintendo

Read reviews and buy Mario Tennis Aces - Nintendo at Target. Choose from contactless Same Day Delivery, Drive Up and more.

Mario Tennis Aces is $25.01 at Target.

I thought this might be thread-worthy as Nintendo titles don't go on sale too often.

Definitely thread-worthy. I think I'll take a glance at my weekly budget. Maybe it's time I spend an evening with Luigi in a haunted hotel.

....it's not online? A party game? Oof

Is odyssey on sale?

Nintendo gonna Nintendo.

Super Mario Party has an online mode where you play like 5 or so mini-games in a row with random people. The actual board game is offline only.

The NSMB U Deluxe port did not have online multiplayer despite the main point of the game being 4-player co-op.

They actually added online play for 3D World but it's friends only. No matchmaking option despite a clone like Sackboy showing it works just fine.

Etc.

25 for Mario tennis would have been a buy from me had I lived in the US. I enjoyed the demo.

I'm still shocked that they never did DLC or a sequel to that game. Seemed like the most obvious thing ever but perhaps they'll finally do one this fall.

It needed a couple more boards but otherwise, it was my favorite Mario Party since 4 or 5 on GameCube.

DLC part was a bit surprising, but a sequel surely is coming. It's not even that old of a game.. 2.5 years but man it feels like forever.

I'm in the same boat, I think it was a good Mario Party game, more boards and a proper online multiplayer functionality would have elevated this game quite a bit.

I really, really liked the mini-games. My favorite mini-games in years, which is why I was okay with the small amount of boards.

But yeah, it's gonna be at least 3 years between games, which seems crazy given the fact that Super Mario Party is the best selling game in the series.

Damn, $25 Tennis at Target isn't working. Says no availability for physical. And the error is it's taking the 35% off the 38.99 digital price, instead of 59.99 full price.

LM3 digital code is also $38.99 on amazon ( I imagine the other games listed here are as well, didnt bother to check). If anyone wants a digital code and wants to maximize the gold points you get in return, buying it off amazon in this instance will get you the full amount( 300 I think ?) vs getting it off the eshop(195).

Is this the Mar10 Day sale 3 days early? I'm hoping the Game & Watch goes on sale by then. My walmart has a bunch of them last I checked.

Mario Tennis aces is an extra 35% off at target currently. Probably a price glitch so act fast.

EDIT: just saw OP :) wanted to post this quickly so no one missed out. Worked for me on store pickup!

Kinda weird that Odyssey isn't included, makes me think this is just to sell through stock of the other games.

Grabbed Tennis Aces at Target for $25. Great price. I refused to pay $60 for that one.

Man I really would love to buy these games but for me personally still cost a little to much. Maybe $30 would do it for me idk. I just see these other big AAA games for 20 bucks that make me look at Nintendo games differently

The thing is, a lot of those AAA titles are then sold on the cheap in anywhere from 3-9 months, sometimes earlier if a title doesn't sell well, whereas you could probably re-sell the Nintendo titles at a decent price. If you buy and re-sell, that is.

The shirts on the nintendo store site using the old art over the logos for the newer games makes them look oddly like knockoffs. I like the long nose Mario over the Odyssey logo though.

Kind of on a Mario Sports binge before Super Rush releases, so I may jump on Aces. Gets a lot of crap, but I enjoyed the demo so...

Woah! My Mario tennis came updated to 3.1.0 on cartridge. I was worried I hadn't uninstalled updates from the NSP trial.

pretty cool that they do that, haven't heard of it anywhere else before!
