SourceOn Thursday, the governor will order the following:
• Shopping malls, recreational facilities, health clubs, spas, movie theaters and flea markets will be ordered closed
• Offices will be asked to limit the number of people not working from home as much as possible
• Casinos, horse racing facilities and bars will be closed immediately
• Hotels, motels and other lodging facilities will be limited to 50 percent capacity
• Restaurants, eateries and breweries will be limited to take out and delivery services only.

Chumash closed(2?) days ago now but they are usually on the ball for following stuff that's going onCA is slowing closing it's casinos. Closures are making their way up north. Commerce casino, a giant poker room, finally closed down due to the virus. They should all be shut down imo.

We run that risk catching something from someone preparing our food regardless.Slightly off-topic I guess, but a lot of places are still open for take out and delivery. Is that, like, safe right now? Like, if someone cooking your burger has COVID-19, could you get it from that? Worried for my parents since they are elderly and eat out all the time.
A good friend is supposed to be getting married next week, I called the hotel (instead of friend because I'm sure they are stressed to hell and back as it is) and they say it's still on....do the restrictions on large gatherings have no effect on private ballroom/meeting rental? Are they just holding out hoping to get as much money until forced to shut down? I'll not go regardless but I'm curious how the details of these bans work out?
