I don't know why you think both of you will survive the night phase, being the only two soft claims out there right now.

No, while you're right about the first part, I'm actually trying to decide between my scumread and the check on my scumread. If i'm wrong, it may be that Brazil offers more information. So the question is: do I trust myself or do I vote gamestate? I'm leaning toward the former.
I thought so too, but at this point it seems like I'll be stuck here. At least that way scum will have something to fear.

I'd disagree, but I'm not experienced with the usual protocol. Would confirmed town players take precedence over potential power roles? None of them can do anything actively to harm scum right now, while power roles can. Don't think it's that cut-and-dry.

Scum being down two people this early is a part of that, they can't just let town run around free of suspicion, that and whoever survives here is still a sticking point tomorrow, if the are somehow both town I'd question the sanity of a scum team that kills them regardless of what they claim.
