We were kicking around some of these ideas last night with friends, I still had the note in my phone.

I'm sure some of you can do better but here's a starting point.. we leaned towards comic actors ...
also missing a few characters (not just cabinet, think the whole circus):

Cast the entire film with Trump and his revolving cabinet as minorities, and the oppressed as white people. Forest Whitaker as Trump

I just don't think trump can be anyone besides Baldwin.
also, I feel like he's so freaking outlandish, that it would make the series feel fake.
I think the series would have to omit ever showing him on camera, and just deal with the slugs around him.

a dramatization of the trump admin as the protagonists would be incredibly irritating to watch.

I think it would be funny if they randomly made Trump a CGI character, a real actor even with tons of makeup/fat suit just isn't going to be able to do the role justice.

Trump should not be cast as anybody. You should use recorded footage and audio to splice him directly into the scenes.
