Probably when the servers get to a certain amount of utilization again. Tons of people are still hammering it though. If it is too busy no one will get anything because the whole thing will go down.
If it's any consolation even if you planned to pre-order it could have gone horribly wrong as it did for me. I'll never forgive Walmart for deciding willy nilly to just open the pre-order gates a day early causing every other store to freak out and start doing the same.

It's ship to store but it's based on the allocation that store is set to receive.
You can have someone else pickup. Just need to change it in the pickup options
Assuming it's handled like any other in-store pickup there, you can assign someone as a pickup person, they'll just need to provide ID.
