Wal-Mart has been so confusing on their messaging for tonight. Just look at what they said on Twitter today.
Well, I was at least going to try for local pickup anyway, so I guess we'll see what happens. Assuming I can get any kind of order through at all, of course.

Yeah, I am trying for a local pickup as well. Already have one reserved at Best Buy for Friday (but apparently it's ready today, but couldn't pick it up until friday anyway), but would rather not travel 40 miles down to Best Buy and 40 miles back. Wal-Mart is literally right next door to me. So hopefully I can secure one there and potentially cancel my Best Buy order or see if a friend wants it.
Remember just to make sure normal people will never get a PS5, Walmart makes sure to force you to re-input your address before buying even when it's saved on your account and not required for any other purchase on the site and also complete a captcha that won't submit 99 out of 100 times you try to solve it.
This was the same thing I was told. I'm trying to get a Series S for my son and I went last night to my local WM because it showed they had some in stock and the guy there said it was their Black Friday inventory and that I would be able to order one tonight.
So... we'll see.
I just want to say that I know many of us have been here for too long, but don't hang your hopes on Walmart. They are gonna be botted to oblivion.

I've never had to re enter my address? Also try setting up your browsers forms in advance so you can just do a couple of clicks in the event that you need to enter it
I've had to re-enter it pretty much every time I made it that far in checkout at Walmart. Then you get the oh deer and have to try again. Never had a successful checkout from them.

I haven't had a successful checkout either, but never had to fill in address. Def do the save forms to save some time. Are you using the app? I've seen people say add it to cart on the site, then use the app to checkout

I sure hope this is accurate. I'd feel a lot better about potentially getting one if it was in store pickup. Plus Walmart should want that. Gets people into the store to possibly by other things, etc.

Goes up 9pm EST. Goes down 9:00:30 EST. All getting an S does is mean you are shelling out $300 now and $500 later.
Good luck! It sure isn't ideal but if all else fails I'll give it a shot.
Check popfindr later tonight to get an accurate idea of how many consoles they have. If it's 10+ I might get up early to go check it out—definitely not camping overnight if stock is really limited
