Are those skins usable on other platforms after you acquire them on whatever platform they're meant for, or can you only use them on that platform?

I wouldn't assume that, guest characters are open season to Fortnite. We're far past there being parity for console exclusive characters at this point. So I'm assuming Nintendo and Microsoft will get exclusive characters as well.
Usable on everything once you get them. Are those skins usable on other platforms after you acquire them on whatever platform they're meant for, or can you only use them on that platform?
Think only Borderlands as been the only other game to have Fortnite skins. They done generic skins you can only get through PS/Xbox/Nintendo, but no actual characters. Rocket League has platform exclusive "characters" (Warthog, Armaldillo for Xbox and Sweet Tooth's fan for PS).
Although with platform IPs like this, Epic COULD show Kratos when on PS, but anyone on other platforms would see the default skin.
I enjoy Battle Royals like Apex Legends, but the building stuff is what turns me off. I'd give it another try if they had a mode without it.Same, the Marvel stuff almost got me to, but I didn't like the game when I tried it a couple of years ago and I doubt that has changed sadly.
Huh, that's pretty wild. Is this the first skin from An actual game and not a comic or movie etc?
They can sometimes be bigger deals then just a skin, like when they did Borderlands, there was an actual section of the map that was from Borderlands, art style change and all. They've done similar stuff with DC and Marvel characters too, but I doubt they will with Kratos due to the other platform holders probably not allowing something like that.when a new character 'comes to fortnite,' what does that really mean?
its just a cosmetic pack people can buy or grind? an outfit?
because fornite doesn't have NPCs or PVE does it?
it's been years since I booted it up
Sony didnt buy a 1% stake in Epic Games for nothing. Console version of EU5 probably being built from the ground up on PS5 and all Epic games will likely utilize PS5 hardware features such as haptics and activity cards if I had to guess.
Equippable cosmetic player outfit. They'll always require a purchase either directly or be part of the battle pass.when a new character 'comes to fortnite,' what does that really mean?

I'd rather have Nathan Drake honestly, he fits the shooter gameplay better.
Its the reason I don't really use my Batman skins.
I was thinking about the possibility of Tom Holland annnouncing a Drake Fortnite skin at the Game Awards lol.I'd rather have Nathan Drake honestly, he fits the shooter gameplay better.
