Johnny Bravo was only good in the first season. All those later seasons with Carl and whatnot suck.

And Rocket Power isn't that bad, it's worst quality is how dull it is. For a show about extreme sports it can be quite the snoozer.

Man, there are a lot of cartoons that just seem so uninspired and lacking any compelling aspect. Makes me truly appreciate Spongebob in all it's greatness. ESPECIALLY in its early seasons.

I wonder how they came up with the idea to use this song as the basis for the Totally Spies theme. (To be clear, the lyrics are changed for the Totally Spies theme song)

I remember unironically loving HiHi Puffy AmiYumi. This thread also made me remember some strange stuff lol

Wasn't there a cartoon about a boy with a stutter? He used to say some words twice or whatever. I remember that being pretty bad

Edit: Jacob Two Two! A canadian show, apparently.

Lol, everyone dogpiling on Canada ITT.

I was actually pretty fond of this show but remember fuck all about it.

Also TIL the Ocean dub VA's of Goku and Krillin apparently created this.

I mean we have made/licensed a lot of dogshit, the proliferation of flash kind of opened the floodgates of mediocrity in the early-mid 2000s.

Also fuck whoever said Ripping Friends that show was dope

Without Ren & Stimpy there would be no classic SpongeBob, as they stole a whole lot from that show
most of 90s nickelodeon would not have happened without Ren and Stimpy. That show really did turn the network into a house hold name and set the tone that the network would capitalize on for at least the next 15 years, if not more.

and I will always maintain "Stimpy's Invention" is the best piece of television animation that has ever been produced.

Anyone remember The Oblongs? Will Farrell voiced the dad and in my mind there were like 1000 episodes, but Wikipedia says only 13. Absolutely hated this show.

Ugh I utterly despised it. It shared a block in Canada (I think) with a few shows that actually hold up like Mission Hill, Clone High and Undergrads.I was never sure why this was the one that I saw aired the most.

For some godforsaken reason I remember this show airing for literal years on Nick back in the day but checking Wikipedia it only had 20 episodes.

Wonder how many other shows I thought lasted for years only lasted a season or two.

The Tex Avery versions of Tom and Jerry. Every time those came on during the Tom and Jerry show I'd get so damn pissed hahah.

While I have all you here, remember this and know that the band that made this, PAIN, has four (4) albums full of stuff just as good as this song, if not better.
Also I will fight whoever talks shit on The Secret Saturdays, Kappa Mikey, and Johnny Bravo, you uncultured troglodytes.

Anybody remember Angela Anaconda? Yeah, this was a thing.

jesus christ not again

The the Canadians on here, I'm sorry. And to everyone else, welcome to the horror that is Angela Anaconda

Oh god, bad flashbacks. For the record, it was two American women who produced this show and forced it on Canada, it's not our fault! At least the animation team got paid, as shitty as it was.

SheZow. A bold and interesting premise for a show about a crossdressing hero, but after a couple episodes you'll want to stick a nail thru your head so you won't have to suffer thru the abysmal writing.

Misery porn, the cartoon:

An unsubtle (just look at the guy's name) show about a divorced Londoner who lives a shitty life. He has a crappy data entry job, an ex-wife who made off better in the separation, a daughter who is deathly allergic to just about everything, is probably living in poverty and an alcoholic live-in babysitter who barely speaks english. Every single episode ends with a vein literally popping out of his head and strangling him.

For some reason when it aired in the US, they had Hank Azaria overdubbing the main character's voice. Thus giving a native Brit an American accent.

The Cramp Twins was a weird show - I don't even think it aired in the US, but it did air on Cartoon Network UK. I don't remember it being necessarily awful, but the art style had all these strange contours outlining the characters.

Then there was Ned's Newt... had no idea what the appeal of this show was

Like and hated this show.

I think...I know what you mean by that? I put it on when there wasn't much else on, but it was kinda repulsive.

That is the most shameless Archer ripoff in the world, Netflix what is you doing
I don't think I even made it 10 seconds into this absolute liquid shite. Just seeing it on the Netflix menu offends me.

Doug.

I don't even remember if it was about anything.

It was so bland, I don't recall it anything about it at all... except for the fact that I was bored, so very bored.

Off the top of my head, not only did Angela Anaconda look bad but the theme song which can make or break a show was absolutely uninspiring. Really the whole Fox Teen cartoons left alot to be desired like the Donkey Kong Country fiasco or the boring Brace face but Angela Anaconda Is the ultimate trash cartoon show.

It was painful to watch as a kid with the clique stories, unlikable characters and the HORRENDOUS art design.

I was struggling to think of something other than that CN show that looked like it was made in MS paint (that I REFUSE to look up the name of cause I care about my eyes) and this is it.

Most others are classics, meh or unknowns to me but this ... this is it. Was always a channel changer for me.

Can't actually remember if this show was any good or not, but seeing all this old stuff sparked a memory and I just had to seek it out – Albert the 5th Musketeer.

I was going to post Fat Dog Mendoza, but that's well-trodden territory already.

I can't actually remember if the show was any good or not, I know it was kinda nightmare fuel and had catchy intro song - Bump in The Night
