He wont be showing up since it's going to be a digital event probably similar to State of Play. But he could have a trailer ready. Death Stranding was revealed 6-7 months after he joined partnered with Sony. He also teased on twitter back in December that he was working on something horror related.

SOTC was stunning and they're even the first dev they've name dropped so far and Bluepoint has also commented on how they're aiming to set the next visual benchmark with this title.

Yeah I don't like the word soon in this context here either. Like June 4th is pretty much 2 weeks and some change from now. That's already what I'd consider soon lol. Obviously the announcement of that event would have to happen soon then.
I'm just hoping for a new Ratchet and Clank or the Silent Hill thing to be real or the Demon Souls Remake. That's all I really want. Not all of them, just one of them. Please don't disappoint those rather low expectations Sony :(

Not that Sony is going to follow the same formula or anything but when was the 2013 Playstation Meeting announced? I remember the show was on the 20th of February or somewhere around there but not sure on announcement
IIRC Jeff did say once they show GoT all bets are off about PS5 info between now and June 4th. I assume that means the floodgates are about to open.

What talk is that? Only tease I've seen is that Jeff Grubb plans to write a story on Monday on what he knows about the Sony event.
The teases, and drip feeding has been getting better. Can't wait to see what is in store with this event.

It's not, just rumored via Jeff Grubb. The only confirmed upcoming stuff from Sony we have are the upcoming episodes for Inside The Last of Us Part II.
