I doubt it. The obvious thing to do would be to turn her into a baddie of some description (which I think would suit Seydoux's acting talents), but the shadow of Vesper Lynd has loomed large over Craig's tenure as Bond, so unless they could do it in a way that contrasts with that storyline, it might just feel like more of the same.
Maybe they have some sort of twist where Bond's paranoia of her betraying him drives her away? It would get rid of her without fridging her (and without any blame on her part), and you could make it so the baddie plants false evidence against her, giving Bond a reason for revenge.
Although frankly, this is the problem with having continuity between films. You end up writing yourself into a corner and have to use contrived (and boring) devices to escape.
They'd have to actively try to make it worse. There isn't a redeeming thing about that movie.
The first half is Skyfall tier. The train fight might be the best Craig action scene...
Skyfall isnt so good. The villain is horrible. The nostalgia bait characters are unfortunate.
I'm in the minority of people who loves how Skyfall looks, but thinks it pales in comparison to CR. I can't remember this scene you're talking about. I remember the train scene in Skyfall, though.

Yeah, that tends to be a sign that they had a lot of problems nailing down a script. It doesn't mean the end product will be bad but we'll see how it ends up.
I feel like here and on the old site everyone talked about skyfall being terrible but I was super into that movie, in my top 5 Bonds for sure

My man. QoS has major issues but I dig (for some reason) how it's a direct sequel that goes in the balls to the wall opposite direction of CR. It flies even though it doesn't soar.
Wright is Felix Leiter, Bonds CIA counterpart. He was in the first 2 Craig movies.

I agree with this. I think QoS is better than Skyfall with the exception of the amazing Cinematography (which is Skyfalls best characteristic)
well it's before the desert lair and the London part. Pretty sure there's like an hour left after train
Phoebe Waller bridge! Nice. Huge fan of anything she works on. Maybe something good will come out of this troubled project. Great to see Rami Malek officially in the film.

Quantum of Solace is amazing, and I got it in my Top 5.
Casino Royale > Quantum of Solace > Skyfall > Spectre
Although I don't think Spectre is bad. It's only in the last hour when Blofeld connects to everything prior that it turns to shit. Everything else up to then was a pleasure.
I hope Bond 25 will be up there with QoS at least.
