We don't have any platforms for this yet. Don't think any of the other stuff Kodaka and Uchikoshi are doing has been announced for it either.
Switch and mobile coming June 25
Edit for clarity: it's been confirmed the game will get a worldwide release, but there hasn't been confirmation if the 25th is when the game will be released in the West. Hopefully it's same day everywhere.

It's ¥1960 yen, so probably $20 (and presumably not that long).
Will pick it up to support the studio, but don't really have any expectations for this.
