I'm of course talking about BJ's. I can't say I've ever had a BJ('s burger or salad). So I can't vouch for the quality of the establishment. But I can't see the sign without thinking "lol". Am I alone in this? It's weird, right?

Any fast-food chain is inevitably going to get some sort of sex act named after it, just because so much "sexual innovation" is happening in fast food bathrooms all the time. It's rarer that the act is named before the restaurant though.

I have more than once seen a BJ's Restaurant in the same strip mall and right nearby a Dick's Sporting Goods.

Nothing can convince me that isn't intentional.

(Well that is actually the Sam's Club competitor not the restaurant. The fact there are two nationwide consumer stores with the same name is 100x more interesting than OP's potty brain)

Much like BJ's Wholesale Club, the name of the restaurant isn't just "BJ's". It's "BJ's Restaurant/Brewhouse".

There was a Vietnamese restaurant near me called Bich Nga. I think they were surprised when they first opened at all the idiots taking selfies in front of the sign. I can't even imagine the prank calls.
