Is Shrek 2's "I Need A Hero" the best filmatic climax of all time?

Because no matter how many times I see this I get goosebumps. Absolutely phenomenal pacing, sound design, and jokes. Goodfellas, Shawshank, War of the Worlds, they have nothing on the emotional rollercoaster of this climactic event.

I really liked Shrek 2. It was a great sequel. Hard to believe the movie came out in 2004. The highlight being the "I need a hero" sequence.
