What movie is this? (edit just noticed the image filename nvm)
Interestingly someone Lee Van Cleef killed on screen once.
Which is funny because off-camera Cushing was widely regarded as a lovely, caring, warm man lol.
I feel like that's a disproportionately common statement to be made of typically villainous actors. I wonder if it just gets stated more because of the juxtaposition of their on- and off-screen personas, or if there's some sort of co-relation (such as the actors being more interested in playing those roles specifically because it diverges widely from their nature).Which is funny because off-camera Cushing was widely regarded as a lovely, caring, warm man lol.
Didn't this fucker rape or sexually abuse someone in his family?
I knew there was somebody in the back of my mind... First I thought it might be Brad Douriff or the guy playing the X-Files alien bounty hunter (...let me Google that... Brian Thompson)... But no, they don't always look evil. It was ĂĽber-evil looking Fritzl that my psyche tried to repress.
Is it a hot take to say LVC is a better actor than Willam Defoe?
Nah, it's Henry Fonda in 'Once Upon a Time in the West'. He was looking sinister af. Genius casting by Leone.
Yeah, beat me to it. Most evil face in movies tbh.

Colonel Mortimer! one of the coolest Cowboys ever to grace a movie screen.I honestly associate him with being a good guy because of For A Few Dollars More.
I want to look like I've been exposed to the atmosphere of Mars.
