I just got an 11" Pro and I love it. I haven't used my old laptop in two weeks. I realized that I basically never used my personal laptop for anything other than reading and watching, so why not just get an iPad? I still have my work laptop for productivity and my old 2015 MBP in a pinch.
The screen on this thing is bonkers. I adore it.
It would definitely be the latest of the Pro line in terms of performance. But, what are you looking to do with it specifically?
If the iPad is so great why didn't Steve Jobs let his kids use them?
No, it's iPhone. It can do everything iPad can, but it's the right size to be always with you and there when you need it.
The most expensive. But seriously, the Pro seems to be a power house. I have the newest "regular" iPad and its a great device. It only supports the 1st gen pencil tho

What about reading comics\mangas\books?I've never been in a situation where I wish I had a tablet. I can't think of a single use case that woul benefit me.
But I'm glad you enjoy it!
Still gotta try one of these out, it looks amazing. Wasn't a huge fan of the MBPs that came before it. Especially after the keyboard debacle.
I have this bright spot too. So annoying but I have to get used to it. Nothing I can do and even if Apple replaces it with the same model, there is a good chance of the bright spot coming again.I like my iPad Pro, but I hate the fact that there was a common problem with the model I got where the screen would develop light spots on it. From what I read it has something to do with how the screen is bonded to the surface. It has to be a design flaw because it happens in the same spot for everyone who encounters it.

It's pretty damn annoying but the cost to repair or replace doesn't seem worth it.

I want to upgrade my iPad, but until the next iPad has ProMotion, 4 speakers and Touch ID (it can have Face ID as well), I'm not upgrading my iPad.
Google made the GOAT tablet, the Nexus 7. Super comfortable to hold. It's pretty wild that google just punted on the tablet game
but yeah, my iPad is amazing and has really changed how I read my comics too
