I like the shape and design, not a fan of the colors. All white would be perfect.
I don't care about the white color as there will be multiple options, I guess. (Would never get a white controller as my xbox 360 ones looked really used after a short amount of time)
I am not fond of keeping the touchpad in the middle of the controller - never really got the use of it.
Does the name Dual Sense instead of Dual Shock indicate some other hidden aspects of the controller? I once read that they want to put sensors in the controller which can track the pulse and stuff like that...or maybe I am misremembering.

The fact that they haven't shown the back of the controller makes me think it's got paddles and they want it to be a big surprise.
You know, I'm glad this is a sign that it won't be an all Black launch console for once. Liked the controller, looks different enough.
the tiny mute button is GREAT though. i never want to hear children breathing heavily through their mics in warzone again. will also force people to communicate in team based multiplayer games like overwatch

Very interesting. Looks comfortable, and that's coming from somebody who has never found the DualShock enjoyable to hold.

Touchpad, light, microphone for anyone that already has a decent headset.
color scheme looks ugly as hell but it actually looks comfortable to hold which is great
