I've been doing at a fairly strict 12pm - 8pm eating window every day, and it's been going very well. The only time my window is adjusted is when I go on vacation or sometimes go to a friend's for dinner.
When I'm vacationing, I'm not adhering to any eating schedule. I just eat whenever. (GF prefers it this way. lol)
When I'm at a friend's for dinner, we're usually eating later and/or staying late and snacks and drinks are everywhere. When this happens, I check the time that I last ate, then add 16 hours to that, so I know when I can eat next. I then stop at 8pm and continue my regular fasting schedule again.
