There hasn't been any smoking gun so far from the Dems side (and remember the burden is on them to make the case to the American People). Unless they force the WH staff to attend those hearings via Sargent in Arms, these hearings are just a big political show. The GOP reps will keep claiming "but hearsay!" to discredit any witness who wasn't directly in contact with Trump.

Besides, we all know the Dems will vote to impeach but it won't be enough to get some GOP senators across the line.
