A lot of them are pretty dull but if the cast has great chemistry, you can get some equally great bloopers. You've posted the best of them, I think (Friends, TNG in particular).

It also helps if they're dedicated enough to more or less maintain character. I didn't bother digging around for them, but there's a bunch where Matthew Perry deliberately fucks up scenes (even scenes he isn't even in), which end up coming across like something Chandler would do.

Curb is a perfect comedy for this. Even the deleted scenes are great.
