I'm honestly kinda surprised that isn't a thing yet. Obviously there are a lot of twitch viewers that want to see boobs while watching video games; seems like a missed opportunity.

Actually I believe if you play an M rated game your stream is changed to 18+. So in this case if you were to watch MK you would get the 18+ stream warning at least that is what it used to do on there when I streamed a few months ago could changed.Thank god they're protecting the children from the disgusting human body. Cleavage? Shirtless males? Oh my stars.
Oh hey, my fav Mortal Kombat stream is on again. Time to watch characters get torn into bloody shreds in sweet HD. The best part is all the screaming.
Easy. Make categories for different audience age groups. Best of both worlds. Everyone gets to wear what they want AND the children don't see stuff they aren't supposed to see.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling like a saucy little trollop, I remove my wristwatch, hike up my long sleeve an inch or even two, and wave at my suitors like a maiden in a pageant.
This exists already. It's called plexstorm. (I only know about it bc Etika was talking about streaming there at one point so he didn't have to keep hiding his twitter)I don't really any issues with those guidelines, it seems that they also indicate the torso cannot be exposed, which is good.
With that said, someone should start some kind of PornHub, but for streamers, basically naked people or people wearing suggestive clothing while playing games, that seems like a million dollar idea.
100% agree with this. Lots of people just saying "well it doesn't single women out" as though there's no physical or societal (by the way lots of clothes are designed) differences in how these rules applyThese kinds of rules almost always hinder women far, FAR more than men. Like, what can a guy do to break these rules? Not wear a shirt. That's pretty much it.
Hell, women with larger breasts may struggle to find clothing that is comfortable enough to stream in that doesn't show some sort of cleavage.
Like, yay they spelled it all out there for all to see, but these are not great guidelines.
The whole thing with the specificity is that they supposedly want these things to be clear cut to avoid Twitch's weird edge cases where you're TECHNICALLY not breaking the rules but no one in their right mind would say you're following them either.
Being a friend with a female streamer who does have larger breasts it is tough for her but its also something others ruined for her. These rules got put in place because Lots of Camgirls from MFC etc. learned they could make even more money on platforms like Twitch. So they came over and tried to treat Twitch etc. exactly like they did on MFC etc. So then twitch etc. were forced to enhance the rules and put lots of prohibitions in. Obviously its still not fairly enforced. Women who make a lot of money for Twitch get to get around the TOS a lot more then those who are small time.100% agree with this. Yea I doubt they want videos like this on mixerLike
Twitch is just rolling in money right now not giving a single fuck. lol
.....idek how to respond to this
FTFY.Don't see the problem. If you want to see boobs there's always twitch
Wait body painting is allowed? Wtf? lol
mixer seems to simply want to avoid the awful culture that twitch has festered. it might seem strict, but frankly its probably worth it.
Holy shit. I mean I can handle it. But makes sense to have good guidelines on this.Yea I doubt they want videos like this on mixer

Eh i personally don't care as long as the stream is at least labeled 18+, but I was mostly just surprised that they allowed it. It just nudity. I figured Twitch would have drawn the line there lolYeah. You basically have nudity streams on twitch lately.
And.. again, I don't have any negative judgements for someone who wants to have a sex positive stream or market their stream towards a certain group of lonely dudes. It seems like good business. But i also don't really care if MS wants to project a different image for their site. If you don't specify rules and be specific, you end up with Twitch.

And that's a tame one from her. I'm all for women loving their bodys but some of this is unnecessary for streaming games.Holy shit. I mean I can handle it. But makes sense to have good guidelines on this.

dont kink shame me. Realtalk tho, shoulders being exposed is really sexy.
Seems like they're just trying to be as clear as possible unlike Twitch.
It's really not. You're allowed to wear revealing clothing, just not on youth broadcasts that are also pushed onto front page of Xbox and Hypezonr
I don't really see what's sexist if it applies to both sexes.
Thanks. Fucking hellFrom the looks of the tweets (I really don't want to link it) it seems to be just more about them being able to harass a woman. She posts the Mixer rules, they smash her tweet replies with "Well maybe don't dress like a ***" or "Get some talent and stop trying to make money off blah blah". I don't think these guys THINK all that much, they just see an opening to target a woman and its free fire.
I don't see the issue. I'm sure kids television have similar guidelines.
Isn't this just how the rules apply to women? As in there's also a version of these rules for men. That is a legitimate problem on Twitch because how vague they are.
